The delivery options & rates will vary depending on the area of delivery
Deliveries within Beirut district are free
Deliveries outside the metropolitan Beirut are subject to the destination, it ranges from $7 – $16
Most orders will ship within 2 working days after your order is places. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed within the following business days (M-F).
Payment Method
You can choose the following payment methods:
Money Transfers are accepted (Western Union or Money Gram)
Cash on Delivery or pickup. Order now and pay upon delivery or you may pick the product directly from our store.
Warranty
Your warranty covers all manufacturing defects that occurred to the product. This excludes accidental damage that is not covered by the warranty
Defects must be reported within 24 hrs. of receiving the product. Inspection of the product to ensure its good workability lies on the consumer.
Most of our products carry a 1 year warranty
Your warranty starts the date you receive the product
Other important information:
We do recommend that you charge your battery operated products for a minimum of 12 hrs. If you are a frequent user we recommend charging the product after every use for 12 hours minimum, otherwise once weekly is recommended.
We do carry spare parts, however, some spare parts must be ordered from the manufacturer.
